How Plans Work
Each plan is based on the number of network devices in your home — things like your main router, any network switches, and Wi-Fi access points. These are the pieces of equipment that keep your internet and smart home connected. The more devices you have, the more coverage and support you’ll need, which is why our plans scale to match the size of your setup.

All Plans include the following:

Covered Services:

  • Remote Network Support (Wired and Wireless)
  • Crestron Home AV Remote Assistance
  • Security Camera Remote Troubleshooting
  • Lutron Lighting and Shade Remote Assistance

Enrollment Requirements:

  • Online registration with a credit card for automated monthly billing.
  • Installation of OvrC OR U-Cloud compatible devices is required for secure remote access.

Usage Policy:

  • Minutes not utilized within the month do not roll-over for future use.
  • All support inquiries must be initiated through dedicated SMS number provided to the subscription clients.
  • Calls to any other number for support will incur charges at Ardent Integrated’s standard or after-hours rates for service.
  • The service does not extend to programming, installation, or configuration of new devices.
  • Does not include support for Somfy Shades
  • Does not include onsite troubleshooting
  • Does not include proactive software updates with exception of the included Network devices firmware updates
