Ardent Essential Technology Care Package is a subscription service designed to provide technical support for various home automation systems, including network, AV, security, lighting, and shade controls.

All plans require an initial setup fee of $99.00

Included Services:

  • Network Support (Wired and Wireless)
  • Crestron Home AV Remote Assistance
  • Security Camera Remote Troubleshooting
  • Lutron Lighting and Shade Remote Assistance

Enrollment Requirements:

  • Online registration with a credit card for automated monthly billing.
  • Installation of OvrC OR U-Cloud compatible devices is required for secure remote access.

Usage Policy:

  • Minutes not utilized within the month do not roll-over for future use.
  • All support inquiries must be initiated through dedicated SMS number provided to the subscription clients.
  • Calls to any other number for support will incur charges at Ardent Integrated’s standard hourly rate of $145/hr.
  • The service does not extend to programming, installation, or configuration of new devices.
  • Does not include support for Somfy Shades
  • Does not include onsite troubleshooting
  • Does not include proactive software updates with exception of the included Unifi Networks firmware updates
