Mark from Ardent was introduced to me through Lutron customer service as I was looking for someone to help me retrofit a Lutron Radio Ra2 automated lighting and air con system. Mark was great, he explained all the tech very clearly and made sure he had extra kit available on the day of install in case of need (at no charge unless used). He has since been very responsive for my follow up questions and add ons, which I have installed myself.

Ardent was great from start to finish! They designed the system and components, handled changing of the project scope and final installation. Mark personally oversaw the job and made sure everything was taken care of at every step of the process. They installed a a full home Lutron Lighting system with smartphone connected lighting controls. I know it doesn't seems like it but it is the best home addition ever! They also installed in ceiling speakers throughout my home with Audio receiver/switcher and separate volume controls for all zones. For the finale, they designed and installed my 7.1 channel media system with 3D HD projection system with motorized drop down screen. I use the media room all the time and people love it. The whole system is hidden so no one even realizes it is there until I press a button. Well worth it!
Loved working with Mark. He figured out dead spots in our wifi we hadn't solved for years. Speed up our internet dramatically! Made the whole house wireless for music. They were quick, efficient, and did a beautiful job.

Integrated Media were terrific! They installed a home theater with speakers throughout my house, inside and out as well as Lutron automated lighting and shade. It's great to be able to sit down and control the whole house from my cellphone or iPad. On days like today (Superbowl Sunday) the automated shade really helps to take away the otherwise glare. The work and equipment they provided has been topnotch. And they made the usual interrupted experience short and pleasant.
Ardent Integrated provided an accurate and realistic budget with several options. They installed a new big screen projector, simplified the media room system and eliminated outdated/obsolete equipment, rewired the audio system throughout the house, and set-up and easy to use program. I would definitely use this Ardent Integrated again.
